What It Is The Frost Titan Core Plate is a reusable, high-performance cold pack. It replaces traditional thick plastic shells with a 99.9 percent pure titanium exterior filled with a specialized phase-change cooling mixture, resulting in an ice pack that is only 10 millimeters thick.
KEY FEATURES
Ultra-Slim Profile At just 10mm (0.4 inches) thick and weighing 270g, the plate easily slides beneath food or along the side of a tightly packed cooler, freeing up significant volume compared to standard bulky ice packs.
Rapid Freezing Because titanium conducts heat far better than plastic, the plate freezes incredibly fast. It can be ready for use after just one hour in a standard freezer.
Long-Lasting Cold The internal mixture of pure water, glycerol, and latent-heat storage material boasts a freezing point of 14 degrees Fahrenheit (-10 degrees Celsius). Under tested conditions, it can maintain temperatures below freezing (32 degrees Fahrenheit) for up to 12 hours.

CONCEPT
The core concept is Premium Space Efficiency. The creators at Storage LLC recognized that standard ice packs are inherently flawed because their thick plastic walls take up too much room and insulate the very cold they are supposed to project. By utilizing the conductive properties and extreme strength of titanium, they aimed to deliver a highly efficient, space-saving cooling solution for camping, picnics, and grocery runs.
INSPIRATION
The project was inspired by the universal frustration of trying to pack a small cooler. The team noticed that outdoor enthusiasts were constantly forced to choose between bringing enough food or bringing enough ice to keep it safe. They set out to engineer a durable, flat cooling device that could slip unnoticed into the tightest spaces, completely eliminating the watery mess of loose ice and the restrictive bulk of cheap plastic alternatives.
