This isn't just another condiment; it is a meticulously engineered "flavor journey" designed to bring the authentic, complex soul of Korean BBQ to your home kitchen.

What It Is: MAH Sauce is a premium spicy BBQ sauce that uses natural ingredients and traditional Korean fermentation techniques. Unlike sauces that hit you with one flat note, MAH is crafted to deliver a "four-stage" taste experience: starting with a deceptive sweetness, moving to a savory umami core, deepening with rich fermented paste (dadegi), and finishing with a clean, bold kick.

Concept
The core concept is "Balance over Burn." The creators noticed that many global hot sauces focus solely on the Scoville scale, ignoring the culinary experience. Hosijeol wanted to bottle the expertise of a Korean BBQ master, creating a sauce that enhances the meat rather than masking it. It is designed to be a "finishing sauce" that works as well on a taco or pizza as it does on traditional Galbi.
Inspiration
The project was born from the founders' 13-year journey running a specialty trotters (pork feet) restaurant in Yangsan, South Korea. After serving thousands of customers, they perfected a sauce ratio that kept people coming back. They realized this flavor profile, sweet, smoky, and spicy was universal and decided to launch it on Kickstarter to bring a taste of authentic Korean "soul food" to the world.
