Rollaway: The SUV of Carry-On Rollers for Parents
Carry less on your back. Wider base + longer exposed handle to stack all the kid gear, even car seats! Roll smoothly into your holiday.

If you are tired of struggling through the airport juggling car seats, heavy backpacks, and toddlers, No Reception Club has engineered the ultimate family travel hack. Launching on Kickstarter, the Rollaway is billed as "the SUV of carry-on rollers." By flipping the traditional suitcase design on its side and integrating a patent-pending car seat attachment, it acts as a stable, rolling basecamp for all your bulky kid gear.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Name and Creator Rollaway: The SUV of Carry-On Rollers for Parents by No Reception Club.
What It Is The Rollaway is a horizontally designed carry-on suitcase tailored specifically for family travel. Featuring a hybrid CORDURA fabric and hard-shell construction, it utilizes a wider base and built-in anchor points to securely stack car seats, duffel bags, and travel cribs on top.
KEY FEATURES
Horizontal Stackable Design Unlike standard vertical carry-ons, the Rollaway is flipped on its side. This wider footprint creates a low center of gravity, allowing you to stack up to 20 pounds of extra gear—like hiking carriers or their Hideaway Duffel—without the suitcase toppling over.
SeatLatch System A patent-pending attachment system integrates standard car seat anchor points directly into the hard back panel of the luggage. This allows you to securely latch a travel car seat or booster directly to the bag and roll it through the terminal.
The Cubby Organization System Inside, a removable "wardrobe" organizer can be divided into anywhere from two to five compartments. You can pack by outfit or by child, and then lift the entire Cubby out to hang directly in a hotel closet upon arrival.
Extra-Long Trolley Handle The horizontal orientation allows for an extra-long retractable handle. This ensures you still have plenty of room to push the suitcase comfortably even when a bulky car seat is stacked on top.
Premium Heavy-Duty Wheels Because it is designed to carry a lot of extra weight, the suitcase rolls on oversized, Japanese-made Hinomoto 360-degree spinner wheels that maneuver effortlessly under heavy loads.
Parent-Focused Extras The exterior features two adjustable stowaway straps for securing loose items, a pull-out water bottle holder, and an integrated tablet holder to keep kids entertained during long layovers.

CONCEPT
The core concept is Rolling Over Carrying. The creators believe that parents already have their hands full navigating airports with children. Most suitcases are just boxes for clothes, but parents have to transport much more than that. By redesigning the carry-on to serve as a stable rolling cart for heavy, awkward family gear, they aim to eliminate the need for cumbersome airport luggage trolleys and save parents' backs.
INSPIRATION
The project is inspired by the real-world chaos of family travel. The founders of No Reception Club built their brand around smart organization for parents on the go. After releasing successful soft bags, they realized parents still struggled with the physical logistics of wheeling car seats and travel cribs. They designed the Rollaway to be the foundational "base" that seamlessly integrates with their existing ecosystem, solving the ultimate pain point of airport transit by letting you roll everything with one hand while holding your child's hand with the other.
