What It Is. The XLEAN TR1 is an advanced robotic floor washer. It features a unique mechanical chassis that allows it to physically transform its height and shape to navigate seamlessly between open floor plans and extremely low clearance furniture.

Dual Form Transformation. The robot utilizes an active lifting and compressing mechanism. In its standard form, it easily navigates open rooms and carries maximum water capacity. When it approaches a low sofa or cabinet, it instantly compresses its body down to an ultra slim profile to wash entirely underneath the furniture.
Deep Scrubbing Technology. Equipped with high speed dual rotary mop pads, it applies heavy downward pressure to physically scrub away dried stains, sticky spills, and everyday grime from hard floors.
Self Cleaning Base Station. The TR1 returns to its base where it automatically washes its mop pads with hot water, empties the dirty water tank, refills its clean water supply, and hot air dries the pads to prevent mold and unpleasant odors.
